I LOVE being a mom. I never knew I wanted to be one, and now I can not imagine my life without my kids or remember my life before them.
We planned our wedding in 10 weeks and tied the knot on a dry lake bed outside of Vegas. We were drawn to the simplicity and beauty of the location! We may be biased, but photos were the MOST important part of our day (aside from our vows!)
Some of my favorite things are yoga pants, inspirational podcasts, good music (especially John Mayer), and essential oils!
Yoga is my therapy! (I even teach once a week for fun!) I definitely will bring that yogi vibe and a level of comfort to your wedding day or birth.
Taco Tuesday is the best day of the week.
We love to travel, especially as a family. I love providing them with life experiences, culture and memories.
It was quite the emotional journey putting together my own BirthStory. There are so many moments that flew by, especially during my Labor and those precious first few weeks. I wish more than anything that I could've bottled up that time to make it last, but I guess this is the next closest thing.
Meet my hubby!! His name is Chris (Christopher when he's in trouble), but most know him as The Becker. He also happens to be an extremely talented wedding photographer and educator. That is actually how we met. He was speaking at a photo conference in St. Louis, and we haven't stopped thinking of each other since.
There are certain moments I will always remember. Seeing how fatherhood has transformed Chris is something I will always hold near to my heart. Holding his hands as we exchanged our vows on that Dry Lake Bed in front of our closest family and friends is another. It has already felt like we were married for some time, but there was something really special and sacred about making it official.
I love sharing a profession that we are both so passionate about. We maintain separate business, but often shoot together, especially for destination weddings.
Check out his work!!
